Matthew C. Baldacci (Marketing Seminar) has worked in book publishing since graduating from Colgate University in 1989, and he has held both corporate and marketing jobs at Simon & Schuster, Dorling Kindersley, and St. Martin’s Press. He is currently vice president, associate publisher at St. Martin’s Press where he has worked with bestselling authors such as Robert Ludlum, Peter James, Stephen Coonts, John Kotter and Alan Weisman.

In his career, Matt has held responsibility for just about every role in a book marketing department, and is currently immersed in developing new marketing strategies and platforms that utilize emerging technologies to market books. He has been adjunct professor at the School for Continuing and Professional Studies since 2008, teaching both introductory and advanced seminars in marketing in the graduate program. Matt completed his MBA in marketing and information technologies at NYU’s Stern School of Business in 1995, and he lives in Summit, New Jersey with his wife, four children, and a dog.
