What do you expect to gain from your participation?
The training will take place on June 5, 6, 8 and 9 at the New York University campus in Abu Dhabi. No classes will be held on June 7. Participants may choose to register for the first part (June 5 and 6) or for the second part (June 8 and 9) only.

The participation fee for the training programme, including accommodations:

• AED 5,000 per pax for 4 days
• AED 2,900 per pax for 2 days

The closing date for registrations is 1 May 2011.

Register by 7 February 2011 and benefit from the early bird discount of 25%.

• The discounted fee for 4 days is AED 3,750 per pax.
• The discounted fee for 2 days is AED 2,175 per pax.

 I would like to attend the whole training (June 5 to 9).

 I would like to attend June 5 and 6 only.

 I would like to attend June 8 and 9 only.

 I would like to stay in the accommodations provided by KITAB.

 I will organise accommodations on my own.

Payment:

• a) Upon receipt of your registration KITAB will send you an invoice including bank details for payment.
• b) Full payment is required by 7 March 2011 to confirm your registration and receive the early bird discount.
• c) Full payment is required by 1 May 2011 to confirm your registration without the early bird discount.

Cancellation:

• a) Applicants must notify KITAB of any cancellations no later than 5 May 2011 to receive a refund. A processing fee of AED 175 will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations received after 5 May 2011 are non-refundable.
• b) KITAB reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of participants is not reached by the closing date for registration (1 May 2011). Should the event be cancelled for any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the organisers the applicant will be informed as soon as possible. In both cases all prepaid fees will be fully refunded.

Applicants must include a title catalogue or descriptive brochure as well as a sample publication from their title list (book or magazine; pdf format is acceptable) along with their application.
